About Us

 Founded in 2000 by Travis Johnson, Pro-Line Suspension LLC was established to bring factory-level suspension tuning to the public. With a career rooted in elite motorsports engineering, Johnson has built Pro-Line Suspension on decades of hands-on experience at the highest levels of racing.

Johnson was a key member of the JRI Racing Shocks team, where he played an integral role in motorcycle road and track development. During his time at JRI, he worked alongside some of the industry’s most respected engineers and mentors, gaining invaluable knowledge across a wide range of suspension applications. His experience spans everything from Formula 1–level shock technology to advanced motorcycle suspension systems.

After winning multiple AMA Road Racing championships, Johnson earned the opportunity to collaborate with Jonny Oler, Head Suspension Developer for the Joe Gibbs Racing MX Team, further expanding his expertise in championship-level suspension development. Prior to this, Johnson trained with Penske Racing Shocks and Öhlins MX, where he developed the specialized skills required to tune Showa, KYB, and WP suspension components.
